Delivery & Returns



All prints will be delivered packaged in a shipping tube. The prints will be wrapped in archival tissue for protection.

For original framed artworks additional shipping charges may apply. You will be contacted before shipping.


Returns Policy 

At Galway Art, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item(s) we offer a seven- day money back guarantee. Simply notify us by email within seven working days of receiving your delivery, that you intend to return the item(s).

After notifying us, the item(s) must be returned immediately and be received by Galway Art within fourteen working days of receipt of original delivery to you.

In the event of a return, delivery costs are paid by the customer  

Item(s) are returned at your own risk and does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Returned Item(s) which are  damaged,  or not in its original condition will not be refunded. Original artwork must be returned by registered post/courier. Please retain proof of all postage should an Item go missing.

There are no returns on special orders, commissions, artwork which has been specially altered at the buyer’s request or item(s) shipped outside the EU USA or Canada. 

Returned artwork which is damaged or not in it’s original condition will not be refunded. When the artwork has been returned to the seller in its original condition, I will refund the full cost of the artwork to you.


Returning your Item(s).

Where possible package the item(s) in its original packaging.

Retain all receipts and notifications relating to the item(s).

Remember you are responsible for the safe return of the item(s) to Galway Art.

The cost of return shipping may be more than it cost to ship the item(s) to you. I do not set the cost of return delivery as it is dependent on third -party services and prices.

Cancellation prior to dispatch 

If you cancel your order prior to dispatch i will refund you within 14 days from the date of cancellation of your order.

Providing your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged for any postage costs.

If your order has already been shipped  I cannot cancel your order. See returns policy for details.

Cancellations cannot be made on special orders, commissions, or artwork which has been specifically altered at the buyer’s request.

Damaged Goods

If a damaged item(s) has been delivered to you, we offer a replacement of the damaged item(s)  or a refund for the cost of the item(s).  In order to process a replacement or refund email me within 24 hours of receipt. Email me your  order information,and any other relevant information.

 In regards to replacement of damaged items(s),  when the damaged item(s) has been returned to Galway Art,  we will refund the cost of delivery to you.

In regards to a Refund of damaged item(s),  when the damaged item(s) has been returned to Galway Art, we will refund the cost of the Item(s) and the cost of delivery to you.

Original artwork that is damaged in transit.  If a damaged artwork has been delivered to you, email me within 24 hours of receipt. In order to process an insurance claim you must email me a good quality photo of damaged artwork, your order information and any other relevant information. 

Please keep all original packaging materials. We will then advise you on the return of the artwork to Galway Art. Galway Art will refund the cost of the artwork and cost of delivery to you. There are no replacements on damaged Original artwork.
